Motivation Is The Wheel
That Drive Grit To A
Clear Path.

Motivation is an internal state that propels individuals to engage in goal-directed behavior. It is often understood as a force that explains why people or animals initiate, continue, or terminate a certain behavior at a particular time. It is a complex phenomenon and its precise definition is disputed.

Step One

Motive.

The Motive stage like the other stages is characterized by constant reflection in the mirror and starring at oneself without shying away from the what the reflection might ignite. The purpose is to reconnect with one lost-self or whatever one desire to achieve while using this technique. Patients experience/s and needs differs from other patients. But one thing all patient has in common is the first stage of the Psycho-Spech Technique. The "MOTIVE" to heal.

Step One

Understanding your "MOTIVE" and intention for using this technique is key to mastering the entire therapy process. It can also be called the “self-questioning stage”.  In this stage patients should deviate from asking  soft, appealing or self-comforting questions that are not connected to the experience they are trying to heal. But tough questions that if answered can alter the cause of one’s healing process for better. At this stage patients should ask themselves about why they are doing the therapy? Are they finding their life purpose?, Ultimate emotional Control? or Is it redefining  experience that has been defined as traumatic? At this stage, multiple questions could arise. Which varies and is unique with different patients. It is vital that patients ask the right question. Because the wrong question certainly brings the wrong answer.
