The Ability To
Identify Is A Step Towards SOLUTIONING.
Step Two
Identify.
Providing answers to all the question patient identify at the same time can be challenging and distracting. It is critical for patients to fashioned their question in a pyramid-like structure. By putting at the top the most urgent, critical and one that directly connects to the problem at hand. The other questions should follow in the hierachy of needs. This is what the second stage of Psycho-Spec Therapy is guiding patients towards. Have in mind that in this stage, patients are required to constantly stare at their reflection in the "MIRROR" for a minimum of 3 minutes as the prioritize their questions and connect it to their situation at hand.
Step Two
As it is mentioned earlier, for efficiency, one cannot answer all the questions at once. Possibly, some of the questions that surfaced in the MOTIVE Stage might not have a direct impact in altering the existing crisis patient/s seeks to control. So patient/s utmost responsibility at this stage is to identify and select the most important question/s that have direct or indirect connection with the experience. The most effective way to do that is to rearrange these pools of questions in a pyramid structure. With the most prioritized and urgent question being at the apex and the rest comes after in a sequence order. Questions can be asked at this stage as well, but it’s not the focus of this stage. One very important question a client can ask at this stage is “What question I haven’t asked yet?” If clients feel confident and satisfied with the self questioning, then it's time for them to select which question needs to be answered that will attract a utmost benefit in remedying their crisis.
