There Is No Self-Healing
In The Absence Of Retrospection.

Reflection Is The Present That Bridge The Past And The Future.

Reflecto is a Latin word that means to Bend Back, Turn Back, or Turn Around.  As all these definition implies, this stage requires patients to not just reflect on the surface of the crisis. But to look deep down the genesis of their crisis, their holistic self, what has changed?, what was the cause of the change? This is the transitioning stage from formulating questions to active answering or practice. This is the most critical stage.  This stage can also be called the “reflection and evaluation” Stage. Patients should reflect on the many questions they initiated and evaluate their initial therapeutic techniques to see if these questions were well dealt with, or if new questions have arisen since their last therapy session. Were they properly addressed ? Moreover, clients should understand that the answer/s to some of these questions naked in the previous stage can be found externally.
