The rationale behind this Therapeutic Technique is that we have the ultimate ability to claim or reclaim authority of our emotional, social, psychological and biological being with confidentiality.  My findings shows that our reflective image in the mirror has a holistic understanding of our personality, our abilities and most importantly our memorable and traumatic experiences. Which means, we can't be dishonest or shy from speaking the painful experience, because our reflection knows it all. This therapy technique and its stages gives you the ultimate mental ability to construct an automated clone of yourself, that is automatically updated with your daily life encounter.

This helps eliminate our social desirability bias that exists when we undertake therapy sessions involving others. As we all know, professional therapist are not rocket scientist. They infinite professional responsibilities are to provide with healing techniques that are scientifically proven to be effective in healing trauma. This can be only achievable if therapist knows the holistic nature of your traumatic experience and what triggers it. Unspoken truth is that, we find it very hard to fully trust a soul with the entirety of our pain and glory. These mistrust can come into play either consciously or subconsciously whiles in a therapy session with a professional therapist. It stand in the way of the therapist to fully understand your mental health needs. In a situation like this, there will be a healing gap. One reason why people go back to therapy more than twice for similar issues. This where Psyco-Spech comes in. Psycho-Spech seeks to eliminate that gap, at the same time, giving patients the option to share information they feel comfortable sharing. At the same time can use the Psycho-Spech therapy technique to unfold the inner trauma one can't share with others.   When done with honesty, it establishes an acceptable and unfiltered communicating environment that is essential to the traumatic healing process.  The process involves six systematic stages that serve as a roadmap that could help individuals reclaim dominant control over their traumatic experiences. Every stage, excluding the transitional stage requires consistent reflection or steering at one self in the mirror for a minimum of 5 minutes. Most importantly, the entire session time frame is dependent on the client. But it is advisable you spend at least an hour in every stage. As we all know proper planning takes time.
