Self -Restructuring

This stage is characterized by “un-conditioning the Conditioned Cognitive” to construct new and unique mental pillars that can object to familiar or normal conventions that threaten your mental health. 
This stage is like building a new house because you’ve been a tenant at a public housing that is situated in a very toxic environment that threatens your holistic health. Due to numerous external factors that are beyond your control. The restructuring process has all the necessary structure that will ensure the erection of a concrete structure with mental guard to help protect your safety, well being, confidence, and autonomy.  In a simpler form, it becomes “your house, your rule”. So now imagine you have
autonomous authority over your cognitive reactions. . This is the same as our cognitive structure.

Our experiences are defined by society to be traumatic or memorable. These social conditioning enables our biases that preclude us from becoming critical and rational about how we define our experiences. When we accept every grand narratives about our experiences, we give away our creative cognitive-skills to unravel situations that are health threatening on the surface. Our daily interaction is an ultimate pass for exponential growth. Only if we develop a cognitive template to view it from that perspective. This is the focus of the “Restructure” stage. We reach this stage with identified motives, reflective-questions that are directly linked to our experiences.  All those constructive variables in the prior stages are the solid bricks to construct a new mental pillars. At this stage patience will be building a “new Mental Podium” that is occupied with agents. These agents are the Psych-genome that change the way your mental tissues react to old or new experiences. These changes will restructure patients psych to view situations from a unique, rational and honest perspective. The new-self will be primarily focused on prioritizing their mental health and “Positive-Self” that connects directly with clients emotions and thoughts.

This new mental development will generates new behavioral patterns that the patient them self can independently influence. Rather than been triggered or commanded by their ill experiences. Note, objecting to normal convention is not a recipe for developing culture or habits that conflict with one's ideal values. Another focus of this stage is that it seeks to reposition our thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Normally, most people get seduced and induced into their emotion that triggers their responsive behaviors, and they only think about it when an unexpected outcome is the result. Let our thoughts take the lead and our stand at ease. Nurture has ultimate control of our existing thoughts. Some we accept, some we ignore. But we consciously and unconsciously learn them.  If the brain can learn, the brain can unlearn and relearn. Your responsibility in this stage is to unlearn the unhealthy and relearn the healthy.
